Introduces four new plot parameters for extending the dashed leader lines all the way to the strain labels:

  • connect_leader_to_label (default off) — opt-in label connection that suppresses the chart's natural strain-axis labels and renders replacement labels alongside the tree.
  • strain_label_font_size, strain_label_font_weight, shift_tree_loc — tuning knobs for the connected labels.

Off by default so existing charts keep their natural strain-axis labels untouched. Adds CHANGELOG.md (Keep a Changelog format) with the 0.2.0 entry under [Unreleased]; pyproject.toml stays at 0.1.0 until release-ready. README.md and CLAUDE.md note the CHANGELOG update convention.
